S. Oxford a/k/a Bill Oxford, Jr. President and Chief Executive Officer. Bill, Jr. began his career in the title insurance industry at King Abstract Company in 1985. His resume includes 8 years of experience in Dallas, Collin, Denton, and Tarrant Counties, where he worked for Southwest Land Title Company, Chicago Title-Dallas Direct and Republic Title Company primarily as an Abstractor and Title Examiner, but also in various positions in Escrow Departments. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas, with a Concentration (18 hours) in Human Relations, and Foundations (12 hours) in Arts & Humanities and Human Development. Shirley Keith Title Examiner. Ms. Keith has been with the company for 22 years. She has abstracted and/or examined title to over 10,000 tracts of land. Her general knowledge of title matters in Erath County is arguably unsurpassed by no one. And the results of her work have lead to the Company's incredibly low percentage of claims on policies. Shirley Graham Escrow Auditor and Plant Supervisor. Ms. Graham has been with the company for 25 years. She is the primary reason that the Texas Department of Insurance regularly files excellent reports on the company's compliance with regulations governing escrow procedure. Her extensive knowledge of escrow procedure and plant maintenance are tremendous assets to the company and its customers. Becky Akard Escrow Operations Officer.
